Location was EXCELLENT, minute walk from City Wall, staff was affable but we didn't see much of them. The host met us with warm welcome.

The staff were superbly friendly, made the stay such wonderful. I could use a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities, free wifi. Food for breakfast was outstanding!
